Colin Stewart / No: They're millipedes, my guess would be Tachypodoiulus niger, but there are over 50 species of millipede in UK alone, and a lot of them are very difficult to tell apart, do you have any photos showing the legs a little closer?

Paul Brothers / No: Possibly 1513 White Plume Moth Pterophorus pentadactyla which egglays and the larvae feed on bindweed.
Paul Brothers / No: Definitely not Small Skipper, markings are more representative of Large Skipper
Colin Stewart / No: They look very like "Plebejus argus", the problem with these butterflies is there are many that look relatively the same (if you have other shots showing from the side and under, they could help), please wait for a butterfly expert for better identification.
